At Howlin Duggan Properties one of the main aims of the company is to achieve a 24 Hour Response on maintenance issues with all our managed properties. Even though there are a minority of times when this is unachievable due to the extent of the issues and the work required to get the issue rectified, we work diligently to achieve our aim.
Howlin Duggan Properties works alongside a well known and well established Property Facilties Company and Property Cleaning Company, which further help us to achieve our 38 Hours Turnaround policy. Also, we have built up a strong list of preferred suppliers who are on hand to react to any emergencies or any other maintenance issues which may arise throughout the course of the tenancies. These include: Electricians, Domestic Appliance Engineers, Gas and Oil Boiler Engineers, Plumbers, Carpet Cleaners, Electrical Shops, Blind Shops, Painters, Carpenters, Landscapers and Locksmiths who provide an excellent service to Howlin Duggan Properties at competitive rates.
