Howlin Duggan Properties are known for their quality personal service, which is a vital factor for attracting both landlords and tenants. We are deeply aware of the importance of our conduct to our clients and the communities we serve. Above all we understand that we must earn our client’s trust in our activities. Expert Knowledge means professional service. We specialise solely in lettings and have 13 years experience in the domestic and overseas property market. We aim to achieve financial efficiency, decreased rental loss periods and increase gross rental yields.

Pauline Howlin.
Pauline Howlin first established Howlin Property Management in 2001. In February 2007 Howlin Property Management amalgamated with the local prominent letting and management company “Duggan Property Services” to form “Howlin Duggan Properties.
Pauline has over 10 years experience in the sales and property management industry in central London. Pauline, an honours graduate in Law, understands how important it is to have a well-managed property portfolio in order to achieve optimum rental yields.
Pauline and her staff are based in No. 2 William Street, Kilkenny. With the amalgamation of Best Practices from both companies, Howlin Duggan Properties Limited have introduced improved customer services to all our clients which include the following:

On a day-to-day basis Howlin Duggan continually try to exceed the expectations of our customers. We take seriously our role in the community and continually try as best we can to help people to find housing and work alongside many state agencies to ensure that the most vulnerable get housing. Also, over the past years Howlin Duggan Properties have become very involved with the corporate market in Kilkenny particularly and have been the deciding factor in many senior level management deciding to come to live in Kilkenny as opposed to the surrounding towns where the place of work is situated.

Pauline Howlin – Director / Property Manager
Howlin Property Management was established by Pauline Howlin. Pauline has 10 years senior level management experience in the sales and property management industry in central London. Pauline, an honours graduate in Law, understands how important itis to have a well-managedproperty portfolio in order to achieve optimum rental yields.
Carmel Egan – Customer Service Officer
Carmel has extensive experience from working for many years in the Customer Service Industry. Her main aim within the Howlin Duggan Properties Ltd, is to ensure that no matter what query comes to our attention that it is dealt with adequately, efficiently and to maintain the best customer excellence
Sinead Dawson – Residential Lettings Negotiator
Sinead studied Residential & Land Agency (IAVI) at Dublin Institute of Technology, Bolton Street. Sinead has worked in Residential Sales since 2001 in both Dublin and Kilkenny conducting countless sales and bank valuations. In Howlin Duggan Properties, Sinead heads the Residential Lettings Department whereby she endeavours to achieve excellent rental yields whilst ensuring to provide tenants with good quality properties.
Heather Gordon – Accounts Department
Heather has 8 years experience working in Accounting. Employed by a large manufacturing company in Scotland for 6 years as an Accounts Assistant, Heather completed AAT Book-Keeping. In 2008, Heather took the decision to relocate to Ireland where she has held positions to include running the payroll department for a large supermarket chain. Heather joined the Howlin Duggan Properties team in 2009 as an Accounts Assistant.
Support Team:
We have a vast number of tendered contractors who ensure that maintenance of our property portfolio is to the highest standard. “Best Service for Best Price” is constantly monitored within our company contracts. These include Maintenance Engineers, Electricians, Appliance Repairs, Tiling, Plumbers, Roofers, Cleaning and Gardening, Carpet/Upholstery Cleaning, Drain Cleaning, Shower Services, Painters, Refuse Collection and Pest Control. Should there be any further services required, this can be arranged.
